PROJECT OVERVIEW
This penthouse refurbishment commenced with full demolition of the existing bar installation and strip-out to white box condition, enabling complete redesign and reconstruction of the entertainment suite.
From that point, CHM executed a complete internal rebuild including bespoke joinery fabrication, structural partitioning, ceiling bulkhead construction, integrated lighting systems and precision finish installation.
The project combined high-end aesthetic detailing with disciplined build sequencing to deliver a fully integrated private entertainment suite comprising a custom bar installation and a dedicated cinema room.
